Migration To Australia

Independent Skilled Permanent Resident Visa:

The Skilled Independent Migration – is aimed to attract highly skilled and employable migrants to Australia, to contribute to the Australian economy. The Skilled Migration stream, primarily consists of – an assessment of the candidate’s level of skills in the nominated occupation, basic requirements and pass the ‘Points Test’.

For General Skilled Migration to Australia, the candidate (or spouse) must be able to satisfy ALL of the following requirements:

1. Age

Must be under 45 years.

2. English Requirement

3. Qualification

4. Occupation

5. Recent Work Experience

Stage One:

We need to apply for the skill Assessment to the particular skill Assessing authority depending on your Qualification and Work Experience. The Assessment fee to be paid to the Assessing Authority would be between AUD 500 to AUD 2600 (Non Refundable).

Stage Two:

After getting the successful Skill Assessment, and the required IELTS/PTE/TOEFL we need to apply for Expression of Interest (EOI), ie., you are expressing your interest to apply for Australia. Currently no fee is collected for lodging the EOI by the DHA (Department of Home Affairs). Your EOI will be selected from the pool based on the total points as per rank and also subject to availability of places in your occupation. In case you are nominated / sponsored by a state you may be selected from the pool. Possibility to apply for a state/territory of Australia to nominate the applicant from the EOI.

Stage Three:

After Successful outcome of EOI, you will be invited to apply for the Final Visa and you need to apply the final visa within 60 days from the date of invitation to apply for the final Visa. The final Visa application fee to DHA is AUD 4115/– (Non refundable, Subject to change). Additional VISA fees to be paid for Spouse and Children (Non refundable, subject to change).
