The Canada PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) is a crucial pathway for immigration to Canada. The people, who aspire to immigrate to and settle in a specific Canadian province, can apply in the respective PNP Canada programs. Each province collaborates with Canada’s federal government or IRCC (Immigration Citizenship Refugee Canada) allows the individual provinces to choose permanent residents for their province.
The PNPs allow the different Canadian provinces to select the immigrant, appropriate for its labor market and economy and subsequently, nominate them for Canadian permanent Residency. Every province selects the skilled foreign workers, based on its own needs, criteria and parameters, and hence each province has a different set of requirements
The provincial programs are different from the mainstream federal immigration programs of Canada. Depending on the specific provincial programs, you get many benefits as an applicant, i.e.
